Directions
Ingredients:

1 lb Outwest Farms beef (flank steak or skirt steak), thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
-
1 large onion, sliced
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tsp chili powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Tortillas, for serving

Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, shredded cheese, lime wedges, salsa
Instructions:

Marinate Beef (Optional): Toss sliced beef with 1 tbsp olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15–30 min.

Cook Veggies: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and onions for 4–5 min until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.

Cook Beef: In the same skillet, add beef and cook 3–4 min per side until browned and cooked to your preference.

Combine & Serve: Toss beef with veggies, serve immediately in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
