One Pan Whole Chicken!
Dinner done in one pan and packed with flavor! Outwest Farms’ whole chicken paired with roasted farm-fresh veggies makes weeknight meals a breeze. Simple, hearty, and 100% delicious.

Directions


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Outwest Farms chicken (about 3–5 lbs)

  • 4 carrots, cut into chunks

  • 4 potatoes, cut into chunks

  • 1 large onion, quartered

  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic with 1 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread on a large sheet pan.

  3. Rub the chicken with the remaining olive oil, season generously with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of rosemary and thyme. Place on top of the veggies.

  4. Roast 1 hr 15 min to 1 hr 30 min, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally and skin is golden brown.

  5. Let chicken rest 10 minutes before carving. Serve with the roasted veggies.
