Directions
Ingredients:

4 Outwest Farms boneless pork chops (about 1” thick)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp kosher salt
-
1 tsp coarse black pepper
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

2 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic, smashed
-
1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions:

Season the Pork

Pat chops dry, rub with olive oil.

Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion powder, and cayenne → coat chops generously.

Sear for Flavor

Heat skillet over medium-high.
-
Add chops, sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce
-
In same skillet, melt butter. Add smashed garlic + rosemary, sauté 1 min.

Stir in chicken broth, cream, and Dijon. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Add Parmesan, stir until smooth and creamy.
- Finish the Chops

Return pork chops to skillet, spoon sauce over top.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 5–7 minutes until chops reach 145°F internal.

Serve

Plate chops with creamy sauce drizzled over the top.

Best with mashed potatoes or garlic butter green beans.
