Outwest Homestyle Meatballs Recipe
These homestyle meatballs are one of our favorite go-to recipes. They’re tender, flavorful, and versatile—perfect for busy weeknights, Sunday suppers, or meal prepping for the week. Serve them over pasta, in a meatball sub, or freeze a batch for later. However you make them, your family will taste the difference real farm-raised meat makes. At Outwest Farms, we raise our grass-fed beef and pastured pork with care right here in Cleveland, Oklahoma.

Directions

Outwest Homestyle Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 lb Outwest Farms grass-fed ground beef
* 1/2 lb Outwest Farms pastured breakfast sausage
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 large egg
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
* Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to absorb.
3. Add the beef, pork, egg, cheese, garlic, seasonings, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork the mixture.
4. Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on your baking sheet.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp of 160°F).
6. Serve warm with pasta, in sandwiches, or freeze extras for a quick dinner later.
