Our grass-fed, grass-finished rump roast comes from cattle raised the way nature intended — on open pastures, grazing freely on lush, nutrient-rich grasses from start to finish. Raised with care on our family farm, these roasts are lean, flavorful, and richly marbled with just enough fat to make every bite tender and satisfying.

This cut, taken from the top of the hindquarter, is ideal for slow roasting, braising, or cooking low and slow in a crockpot. It develops deep, beefy flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture when given the time it deserves.
